Hospitality Function:(BDTHS & Diploma Students)

A real work place training can be imparted with the help of model room and labs. To understand conceptually the hospitality functions, a modem hotel activities are to be taken into consideration. Accordingly the function of hotel is divided into four specific department. These operational areas are.


(1) Front office:

Front office is the brain of hotel operation. It is the first and last point of the contact with the guest.On-line reservation & registration information and cash management are part of front office practical training at BPCHMT.




(II) House-Keeping:

The house keeping lab of BPCFIMT suite design with an ethenic ambience luxury where students get an opportunity to practice the fine art of room cleaning, stain removal laundry operation and bed making through which they the learn various technique of decorating a room tastefully using
modem operation method.




(III)Food & Beverage Service:

BPCHMT has a soothing atmosphere where it trains the students to achieve professional excellence, thereby making them capable enough to take of challenges like - table manner, table setting (Continental, Indian, Chinese) napkin folding, table laying with desert style & this service are the part of food & beverage training.





(IV) Food Producilon::

Food production practical are conducted everyday at BPCHMT
