IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THE CANDIDATES
1. Application
form should be filled in by the candidates in his/her own handwriting in capital
letter.
2. Copies of all certificates / mark sheets from H.S.C. on wards, Conduct
certificate & college/school leaving certificate should be submitted along
with application form & originals should be produced for verification
at the time of admission.
3. Any change of address as given in application form must be communicated
for our records.
4. Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
5. All legal disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar courts jurisdiction
